Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team in North America. This role will be responsible for securing new Contract Logistics business through targeted sales approaches, leveraging subject matter expertise and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales plans and sales campaigns to capitalize on market opportunities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative industry solutions that meet and exceed customer objectives
- Generate sales leads, participate in networking opportunities, and engage with potential customers to drive revenue growth
- Utilize C-View (CEVA CRM) to manage customer accounts, contacts, and opportunities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 7+ years of contract logistics sales experience working for a tier 1 3PL
- Proven track record of successfully targeting supply chain leaders and converting leads into significant business opportunities
