Sales Coordinator

Holt Ag Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating sales processes, and ensuring seamless transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers with compact tractor/attachment inquiries and provide professional quotes as requested.
- Complete sales transactions, including finance, and issue PO#s as directed.
- Receive new/used units into inventory, schedule transporting when necessary, and review/reconcile/vendor invoices in Avid.
- Verify manufacture discounts, warranties, and credits, and submit signed financial documents to the proper finance company.
- Process commission calculations, reconcile credits & accruals vs estimates, and verify all warranties have been applied for and are in force.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and previous retail experience a plus.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
