Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Day Wireless Systems. As a key member of our Service Center, you will provide administrative support in various areas, including reception, billing, collections, customer service, purchasing, inventory control, technician timecards, shipping, and receiving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office supplies, petty cash, and coordinate equipment maintenance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, answering and routing calls professionally.
  • Process customer transactions, including data entry, order processing, invoicing, collections, and reports.
  • Facilitate internal and external communication by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and relaying messages promptly.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments and receive and route incoming shipments, with the ability to lift 35lbs.
  • Assist with technician work schedules and manage inventory, ordering parts and office supplies as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent, or 1-year related experience in dispatching, office management, collections, or billing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a challenging environment.
