Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the abandonment process from start to finish for properties in your portfolio
  • Process rent increases annually and mail resident bills monthly
  • Process rent payments received at the corporate office
  • Train and be a resource for community managers
  • Maintain constant correspondence between regional managers and community managers
  • Cover the front desk when the receptionist is absent
  • Process notices, including 30-day and 72-hour notices
  • File FED's and pull DMV records
  • Complete community newsletters and miscellaneous fliers
  • Orchestrate Quarterly Manager Meetings
Requirements:
  • Two years of administrative, secretarial, or clerical experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Internet literate
  • Ability to learn processes and procedures quickly
