Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our team at Express Employment Professionals. As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating the resolution of warranty claims, RMA issuance, and replacement order processing. You will also be the primary contact for dealers, distributors, builders, homeowners, and sales for warranty claims.
Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot performance issues and identify warranty replacement parts required
* Coordinate the resolution of warranty claims, RMA issuance, and replacement order processing
* Advise customers via phone and email on warranty-related matters
* Develop proficiency with Epicor ERP system, electronic document management system, and other programs as trained
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Ability to organize workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under minimal supervision
* Problem-solving skills
* Superior communication skills (both written and oral) and keyboarding skills
