About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Wendy's. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in leading our restaurant team and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in all aspects of operating the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead the restaurant in the General Manager's absence, making key decisions and taking charge of the team.
  • Solve customer complaints quickly and efficiently, providing a positive experience for our guests.
  • Provide feedback to Team Members in a constructive and supportive manner, helping them to grow and develop in their roles.
  • Communicate openly and honestly with the Restaurant Management team, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned.
  • Maintain and enforce standard operating procedures, ensuring that our restaurant meets the highest standards of quality and service.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction at all times, responding promptly to customer feedback and concerns.
  • Ability to come to work promptly and as scheduled, with a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to take direction and work well with others, as part of a high-performing team.
  • Must perform basic mathematics, including handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Must be able to stand for at least an 8 hour shift and lift 50 lbs, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in QSR or Fast-Casual environment, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Reliable transportation, with a valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to work a normal schedule of 48 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Must have a great personality, with a desire to serve guests and work as part of a team.
