About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Wendy's. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in leading our restaurant team and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations: Assist the General Manager in all aspects of operating the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Leadership: Lead the restaurant in the General Manager's absence and provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Customer Service: Solve customer complaints quickly and with a smile, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience.
  • Team Development: Provide feedback to team members in a positive and constructive manner, helping them to grow and develop in their roles.
  • Communication: Communicate openly and honestly with the Restaurant Management team, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned.
  • Standard Operating Procedures: Maintain and enforce standard operating procedures of the company, ensuring that all team members are following the correct protocols.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain excellent customer satisfaction at all times, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years experience in QSR or Fast-Casual environment.
  • Leadership Skills: You've already led, managed, and organized a team, and have a proven track record of success.
  • Reliability: Reliable transportation and a willingness to work a normal schedule of 48 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Personality: A great personality, a desire to serve guests, and a willingness to work as part of a team.
