Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present cold food items, such as salads, sandwiches, and appetizers, to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Follow recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistent, high-quality meals.
- Restock workstations, check inventory levels, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Offer suggestions for new cold food menu items and contribute to the development of our culinary offerings.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food service and maintain a positive, supportive team environment.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of cold food preparation techniques and ability to accurately follow recipes.
- Ability to comply with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a pantry cook or a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
