- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales
- 2-4 years of experience in performance-based sales
- Interest in working in a Catholic environment, all backgrounds welcome to apply
- Passion for people and a drive to perform
- Supreme organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Willingness to put in the work and achieve results
- Mad computer skills and ability to learn new technologies
- Competitive base salary of $50,000
- Uncapped commission and additional bonus opportunities
