Sales Development Representative

Nestvy Senior Placement and Home Care is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing a sales strategy to build new and expand current customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate patient referrals and forecast targeted accounts
- Grow the existing market share and develop new referral sources
- Develop and maintain a marketing plan
- Promote the company and nurture client relationships
- Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends
- Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages
- Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly
- Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures
- Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/revenue-generating activities
- Able to execute multiple tasks at one time
- 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience
- High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
- You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
- Proven track record in sales
- Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines
$90,000 at plan earnings
