Head of Sales Expansion

About the Role:- This is a key leadership position reporting directly to the CEO.
- You will oversee the retail teams, own P&L responsibilities, and build the infrastructure to scale this business.
- Experience in consumer or healthcare technology startups and omni-channel retail is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Owning and driving our retail partnerships, ensuring strong relationships at every level - executive decision-makers, merchants, in-store staff, etc.
- Developing and driving the expansion strategy with retail partners.
- Leading, inspiring, and developing in-store teams, including creating and communicating sales incentive plans for these teams.
- Developing and optimizing sales & marketing tactics to drive success in retail.
- Capturing synergies of having both DTC and retail businesses, such that both benefit from each other.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in retail sales management.
- Must have led significant sales teams, preferably retail sales teams that are geographically dispersed.
- Highly metrics-driven, having built up and optimized retail sales funnels and analytics.
- Experience in starting & scaling 'store-in-store' concepts is a major plus.
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment where resources are constrained and therefore creativity, tenacity, and methodical, hands-on problem-solving are a must.
