Job Title: Head of Growth

Description:

The Head of Growth will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies across multiple channels, including digital marketing, email, partnerships, and website optimization. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, e-commerce strategy, and data-driven decision-making to unlock new opportunities for revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Growth Strategy Development: Develop and execute growth strategies across multiple channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Revenue Growth: Lead initiatives to increase Sundae School's revenue, market share, and customer lifetime value through innovative marketing and business development approaches.
  • Customer Funnels: Analyze and optimize customer funnels, identifying areas for improvement in the user journey to enhance conversion and retention rates.
  • Product Alignment: Collaborate with the product team to ensure alignment between product features and growth initiatives, driving product-led growth.
  • New Market Opportunities: Identify new market opportunities and lead strategic initiatives to expand Sundae School's presence in key markets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive pipeline growth, optimize sales performance, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Growth Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of data-driven experimentation and continuous improvement.
  • Metric Reporting: Measure, report, and communicate key growth metrics to stakeholders, providing actionable insights for business decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in a high-growth environment, preferably within the E-commerce or Retail industry.
  • Growth Marketing Background: Strong background in growth marketing, product management, or business development, with a focus on driving user acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Expertise: Expertise in customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and funnel optimization.
