Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor medium to large teams across various complexities.
  • Consult with senior IT executives on establishing, planning, and implementing agile transformation strategies at the departmental level.
  • Facilitate and coach teams in agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, PI Planning, System Demos, Scrum of Scrums, Product Owner Sync, and Inspect and Adapt.
  • Drive planning, execution, and ongoing enhancement at both program and team levels.
  • Assist in developing and sustaining Product Vision and Roadmaps to ensure alignment of execution with business value and departmental objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers/Owners and Development Teams to refine, estimate, plan, and implement features and stories in accordance with Agile Best Practices.
  • Encourage continuous improvement within agile teams, programs, and departments through methodologies such as Inspect & Adapt, Retrospectives, and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Oversee the monitoring and reporting of agile metrics (e.g., lead time, velocity, defect leakage) to guarantee transparency and ongoing enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • At least 10+ years of experience in Agile methodologies, with a minimum of 4+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Certified SAFe Agilist (SA) or an equivalent credential.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading Agile transformations and operating within a SAFe framework.
  • Capability to influence and instigate change in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
