About the Role

We are seeking an experienced consulting professional to lead our Soarian Financials team. As a key member of our Revenue Cycle Advisory Services Optimization team, you will play a critical role in analyzing complex business problems and proposing solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Solutions: Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to design non-routine and complex business solutions utilizing Oracle Health products and technology to meet customer needs.
  • Technical Expertise: Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user needs.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Leads the domain specific solution design aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality and integrated business solutions. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
  • Customer Engagement: Influences customer leadership in acceptance of Oracle Health solutions and services to facilitate the closing of consulting deals.
  • Team Leadership: Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 6 years of experience working with Soarian Financials or Cerner Patient Accounting solutions, operational industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
