Job Summary

The Account Manager at Caris Life Sciences is a critical role that requires a unique blend of sales, marketing, and customer service skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth at existing accounts, nurturing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular communication and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
  • 3+ years of successful sales and/or account management experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or diagnostic industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pharma, Medical Device, or Diagnostic experience
  • Oncology experience

Physical Demands

  • Must possess the ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
  • May be required to lift routine office supplies and use standard office equipment

Other

  • This position requires periodic travel and some evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
