Account Director / Sr. Account Manager

The Moran Group is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the marketing strategy of a group of clients. This role involves coordinating execution with the internal agency team and providing top-notch customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic recommendations for assigned clients with the help of internal teams
  • Drive agenda of monthly calls, lead calls, review digital portion of calls and overall recommendations
  • Project tracking for all requests from clients
  • Stay up to date with various brand co-op regulations
  • Manage and provide monthly co-op updates
  • Answer any client questions on billing
  • Utilize competitor info to help determine areas of opportunities
  • Familiarity with dealership website providers
