Key Responsibilities- Sales and Customer Service: Meet or exceed sales goals by selling new and used Acura vehicles to customers, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive sales experience.
- Vehicle Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Acura vehicle features, options, and pricing to effectively communicate with customers and meet their needs.
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers, determine their vehicle needs, and provide personalized recommendations to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete sales paperwork, including sales contracts and financing documents, and ensure accurate and timely processing of sales transactions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales team members, management, and support staff to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience: Prior sales and customer service experience in the automotive industry preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong knowledge of Acura vehicles and features.
- Certifications/Licenses: Valid driver's license required; automobile salesperson license preferred.
The Acura Sales Representative will work in a fast-paced sales environment, interacting with customers, sales team members, and management. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate clearly and effectively, and provide exceptional customer service.
