Acura Sales Representative

As an Acura Sales Representative at Hendrick Automotive Company, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers while ensuring their satisfaction. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet dealership sales goals
• Greet customers and determine their vehicle needs
• Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation
• Suggest optional equipment for customers to purchase
• Compute and quote sales prices, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount
• Complete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales
• Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicles
• Research availability of models and optional equipment
• Engage in business development and address customer concerns
Requirements:
• Prior sales and/or customer service experience desired
• Valid driver's license required
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel
Work Environment:
This role requires regular and predictable attendance, with scheduled shifts including evening hours, weekends, and holidays. The work environment is fast-paced and may involve standing for long periods, frequent movement around the company facilities, and exposure to various work environments.
