Sales Development Representative

At City Wide Facility Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and self-starting Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing our prospective client database and setting appointments for our sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to build relationships, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in sales. You will be responsible for a minimum of 75 sales-related activities every day, including unique emails, phone calls, and sales drops. Each week, you will be responsible for setting 4-5 appointments for the sales team to quote janitorial services for potential clients who meet our minimum requirements for service.
You will also be responsible for helping the sales team to build and grow our email database by bringing decision-maker business cards back from field visits or through entering decision-maker information in from phone calls. Additionally, you will be responsible for entering all sales activities into our CRM software, logging appointments, adding new contacts, updating account details, and logging appointment details on our sales tracking Excel sheet.
The successful candidate will have a strong ability to work independently, excellent organizational skills, and a high level of attention to detail. If you are a motivated and self-starting individual with a passion for sales, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop our prospective client database and set appointments for our sales team
- Perform a minimum of 75 sales-related activities every day
- Set 4-5 appointments for the sales team to quote janitorial services each week

- Log appointments, add new contacts, update account details, and log appointment details on our sales tracking Excel sheet
Requirements:
- 1 year of sales experience
- High School diploma required, bachelor's degree highly desirable
- Highly detail-oriented and excellent follow-through on commitments
- Positive and out-going personality; great at building relationships
- Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM database
- Must have reliable transportation
