Position Overview:
The Office Assistant role at Prime Data Centers reports directly to the Executive Assistant and is vital in enhancing the overall workplace atmosphere. This position entails delivering administrative assistance by greeting visitors, managing inventory and supplies, overseeing communal areas such as the kitchen, aiding with data entry, scheduling resources, and supporting team members.
Key Responsibilities:

- Organize and oversee office and breakroom supplies to maintain a well-equipped and efficient work environment.
- Execute administrative tasks proficiently to uphold seamless digital operations.
- Coordinate the scheduling and upkeep of shared office resources to promote collaboration.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications to keep staff connected.
- Transform common areas into motivating spaces by creatively arranging and maintaining shared facilities.
- Provide adaptable administrative support to address the needs of colleagues.
- Contribute creatively to special projects and events.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including remote employees, in collaboration with Human Resources.
- Effectively manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
