POSITION SUMMARY
The Financial Analyst will engage in a range of analytical tasks to support designated sectors of the organization, delivering financial insights to various business and Finance executives. He/she will take the initiative in assisting with the strategic planning and forecasting activities of the organization while generating customized analytics on essential business metrics.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Generate monthly financial reports that include comprehensive variance analysis to enhance financial performance.
  • Support the preparation of the annual budget and the quarterly forecasting cycle.
  • Conduct profitability assessments for product lines.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to offer insightful, actionable financial guidance by compiling and summarizing data.
  • Boost efficiency by streamlining processes through automation.
  • Work alongside various business leaders to develop standardized financial analysis and reporting frameworks.
  • Engage in due diligence activities as required.

Skills & Abilities
Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related discipline.

Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis and budgeting.

Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with extensive use of Excel features such as v-lookups and pivot tables.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential.
