POSITION SUMMARY
The Financial Planning Analyst will undertake a range of analytical tasks to support designated sectors of the organization, delivering financial insights to various business and Finance executives. This role entails proactively and independently aiding in the strategic planning and forecasting activities of the organization while generating ad-hoc analyses on critical business metrics.

  • Generate monthly financial reports, including comprehensive variance analysis to enhance financial performance.
  • Assist in the formulation of the annual budget and the quarterly forecasting cycle.

Skills & Abilities
Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related discipline.

Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis and budgeting.

Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with extensive use of Excel functions such as v-lookups and pivot tables.
