Compensation for this Role: $20.18-$23.18 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently load and unload baggage from aircraft.
  • Operate equipment such as tugs, tractors, and belt loaders.
  • Thrive in a bustling, fast-paced, and often noisy environment.
  • Prioritize safety by utilizing provided personal safety gear.
  • Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Able to maintain a quick pace for extended periods.
  • Flexible with shift availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • Must obtain and maintain necessary airport security clearances.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Follow established procedures and anticipate the needs of others.
  • Familiarity with electronic tools for interpreting flight schedules.
  • Basic math skills for tasks such as counting baggage and verifying weights.
  • Ability to communicate instructions in English.
  • Capable of lifting up to 75 pounds regularly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Required documentation includes one of the following: original or certified birth certificate, unexpired US passport, permanent resident card, or unexpired US territory passport with I-94.
