Customer Service Representative for Air Travel

Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative for Air Travel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our passengers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating the check-in process for travelers and their luggage at designated counters and boarding gates.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to ticketing and baggage management.
  • Providing information on flight schedules, pricing, and other relevant queries.
  • Making timely announcements regarding flight operations.
  • Acting as a liaison among the gate personnel, ground support teams, flight crews, and airport service providers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Must meet minimum age criteria.
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Capability to pass a drug screening and obtain necessary security clearances.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 70 pounds regularly.
  • Frequent standing, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling.
  • Comfortable working in environments with jet and machinery sounds.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts as required.
