Job Summary

Humana is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Agile Coaching to guide our organization in adopting and applying Agile methodologies and practices. This role requires a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across departments and a current, active SPCT certification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide, educate, and mentor organizational leaders and their teams to instill a scaled, successful enterprise-wide adoption of Agile methodologies and practices.
  • Manage a team of agile coaches that supports organizational leaders and associates in adopting and applying Agile mindset and methodologies in their day-to-day work.
  • Support the organization through the transition and drive relentless improvement through the appropriate application of agile mindset, principles, and practices.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and psychological safety by implementing techniques to increase collaboration, predictability, transparency, and velocity.
  • May provide on-going coaching on high-profile initiatives and is responsible for creating self-reliance within the areas they support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Active, current SPCT certification with experience training all core SAFe classes.
  • Ability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office.
  • Dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/ HIPAA information.
