Director of Sales Leadership

ProService Hawaii is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales to lead our Large Market Sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving bold growth and setting new benchmarks for success.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement robust, sustainable sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet customer acquisition targets.
- Lead and manage a high-energy sales team, providing coaching, support, and empowerment to ensure they reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers and other sales leaders to ensure consistent communication of activity and expectations of sales team members.
- Manage key metrics, including dollars sold, breadth of participation, sales staffing, first meetings set, and deals that do not materialize.
- 5+ years of experience in people management within a sales team.
- Strong experience working across an organization to ensure holistic success.
- Experience working in sales, sales support, or account management to understand and relate to consultative sales professionals.
- B2B sales experience of large accounts required, with a proven track record of success.
- Industry experience in PEO, HCM (Human Capital Management), Human Resources, payroll, or employer insurances preferred.
- Competitive base compensation of $160,000 to $190,000 annualized, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Additional compensation incentive in the form of performance-based commissions/bonuses.
