Job Title: Director of Training and Development

At FCH Enterprises, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Training and Development to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of training programs in support of our growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs to support new restaurant openings and existing locations.
  • Oversee the process and project activities for the Education and Development department.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of training programs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Regional Operations Directors and Training Team Coaches.
  • Ensure timely completion of required tasks and reports.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years restaurant operations and training experience.
  • New restaurant opening experience is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Restaurant management experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
