Requirements:

  2. Advanced Degree: Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or Masters) in Business or Technology is a plus.
  3. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on SaaS or Construction Technology products.
  4. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the construction industry, including procurement and contracting processes, financial controls, and project management.
  5. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and drive cross-functional teams towards common goals.
  6. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and customer insights to inform product decisions.
  7. Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in working with Agile methodologies to deliver software products.
