Job Description

Job Summary:

The HOA Portfolio Manager is a key member of our team at Invest West Management, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a homeowner's association in cooperation with the HOA board of directors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a homeowner's association, working closely with the HOA board of directors.
  • Manage budgets and financials, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Procure bids and arrange for maintenance and repairs, both routine and requested.
  • Communicate and work with board members, owners, service providers, and residents.
  • Plan and lead community initiatives, advising board members and enforcing community rules and regulations.
  • Assist with dispute resolution and attend board and community meetings.
  • Procure insurance coverage and renewals, and conduct property site inspections.
  • Manage HOA/Condo management experience, with a preference for CMCA certification.
  • Stay up-to-date on federal, state, and local housing laws, and proficiency in working with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to learn and knowledge of HOA property management systems and software.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as an HOA Portfolio Manager.
  • Budgeting and financial management experience.
  • Procurement and maintenance management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Benefits:

  • $68,000 - $90,000 annual salary, with commission potential up to $90,000.
  • 100% employer-paid medical, vision, and dental insurance.

  • Emergency on-call compensation.
  • Mileage compensation based on IRS rates.
