The Opportunity:
The Client Portfolio Advisor is a rewarding professional-level position within our Private Client Group (PCG), where you act as the immediate point of contact for our affluent clients.
Welcome and onboard new clients by leveraging your financial advisory expertise and consultative methodology to contribute to Fisher Investments' expansion.
You will receive continuous sales training in a dynamic environment while benefiting from our internal support teams, including Research, Operations, and the Investment Policy Committee (IPC).
You will positively impact your clients and promote our mission to enhance the investment landscape while maintaining our fiduciary duty.
You will report to your group manager, whose experience in the role will aid you in managing client relationships and provide tailored career development.
The Day-to-Day:
Client Portfolio Advisors' responsibilities include:
Collaborate with Fisher's sales professionals to onboard new clients who have expressed interest in our services
Assist in generating new assets through client referrals
Educate clients on Fisher's investment philosophy and the benefits of partnering with us
Align our investment strategy with clients' objectives
Oversee the client onboarding process, including asset transfers
Work with various teams to deliver exceptional service
Introduce clients to their long-term relationship manager
Your Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in financial services
Possess Series 65 license or obtain it upon hire
Comprehension of capital markets and investment products
Ability to manage complexity in a high-volume setting
Compensation:
Base salary + bonus + commission (primarily driven by conversion rate and number of clients converted)
Base salary decreases with increased tenure ($90,000 base for the initial 6 months, then step down to $65,000 base)
This position offers uncapped performance-based compensation with the potential to earn well into six figures.
