Outbound Sales Executive

We are seeking a driven Outbound Sales Executive to join our nationwide team at DC Structures. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing high-end clients interested in custom heavy timber structures.
You will work closely with our marketing team to generate leads, develop tailored sales presentations, and close deals. Your success will be measured by your ability to exceed revenue targets, build strong relationships with clients, and maintain a competitive edge in the luxury market.
Key Responsibilities- Research and identify potential clients, including high-end homeowners, architects, and real estate developers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to engage leads and secure new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with our design and construction teams to provide clients with comprehensive solutions for their heavy timber structure needs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to position our services effectively.
- 5+ years experience in a sales role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Mastery of MS Office and common office tools; HubSpot and other CRM platforms a huge advantage.
- Residential and/or commercial construction knowledge ideal, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex structural components.
- Ability to manage a pipeline of existing clients and regularly follow-up with 80-120 leads.
Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
