Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Over 5 years of experience in Business Development or Senior Sales roles
  • Proficient in managing the complete B2B sales cycle, including onboarding and partnership management
  • Experience in Project Management is advantageous
  • Proven track record in closing deals
  • Ability to adapt quickly, make informed decisions, and influence various stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of the Financial Technology and Stablecoin sectors
  • Expertise in B2B practices, client management, and third-party distribution
  • Experience in sales and business development within the Financial Technology domain, especially in API solutions
  • Collaborative mindset to work with product teams to enhance API feature adoption
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and security standards in partner solutions
  • Act as a liaison between B2B clients and service engineering teams
  • Skilled in developing solutions that drive growth
  • Utilize industry knowledge, strategic thinking, and customer-focused approach to improve operational effectiveness

Core Responsibilities:
  • Develop New Business and Partnerships (Identify prospects, assess eligibility, and negotiate contracts)
  • Identify potential clients and market opportunities for the platform
  • Lead the creation of new partnerships from initiation to completion, including contract negotiations and proposal evaluations
  • Conduct regular reviews with senior management to promote partnerships for optimal results
  • Oversee the onboarding process for partners (Provide sales and product training)
  • Manage ongoing partner relationships (Maintain weekly pipeline reports)
  • Ensure partner success (Engage with partners/customers as required, attend relevant events)
  • Drive towards achieving or surpassing revenue targets
  • Negotiate terms and streamline collaborations with key technology partners, coordinating with administrative, marketing, and legal teams as needed
  • Generate new business revenues from Financial Institutions and emerging markets
  • Identify and develop product offerings that meet the needs of clients and their customers
  • Engage in regular discussions with senior management to advocate for partnerships and ensure adequate support for their success
  • Supervise the Sales Team
