Overview
Arbor Lodging is a prominent hotel investment and management firm with a diverse portfolio of properties throughout the United States. We are currently in search of a Front Desk Supervisor to enhance our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check-in guests with a warm and friendly approach
- Assist with bookings, pre-arrival arrangements, and room allocations
- Possess knowledge of the local area to guide guests to nearby dining, shopping, and attractions
- Address guest concerns promptly and work towards complete guest satisfaction
- Accurately process payments in accordance with established procedures
- Effectively communicate with other departments to resolve guest issues
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is preferred
- Familiarity with reservation management systems
- Strong communication abilities
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Capability to stand for long periods and lift items up to 20 pounds
