Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior management, R&D, and Engineering teams to identify and prioritize market segments for growth.
- Develop and maintain a market and competitor database to inform business development strategies.
- Leverage company differentiators, such as rapid prototyping and integrated molding and assembly capabilities, to develop strong customer relationships.
- Identify and pursue new customer opportunities through personal networking and trade shows.
- Vet all opportunities and develop a sales funnel for prioritizing leads.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience selling injection molding services, with a strong background in the aerospace industry.
- Strong value selling ability and a proven track record of success in business development.
- Independent and self-starter with a strong work ethic.
- College education preferred.
