Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with all guest-related services.
- Manage reservation requests; check guests in and out; handle guest accounts and cashier duties.
- Process, modify, and oversee reservations; utilize front desk systems to monitor room availability and status; promote future bookings.
- Ensure confidentiality of guest information and sensitive hotel data.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and fellow Front Desk staff regarding guest issues and room concerns.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to communicate checkouts, stay-overs, and maintenance needs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma preferred or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role.
- Basic office skills required (math, cash handling, computer proficiency).
- Basic English communication skills (both verbal and written) are necessary.
