Job Overview

We are looking for a refined, articulate, and professional Corporate Reception Specialist to represent a global organization. In this position, you will serve as the initial point of contact for all visitors and callers, embodying the company's image. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, outstanding communication abilities, and a warm, inviting demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome all guests with a courteous and professional attitude, ensuring a friendly atmosphere
  • Operate multi-line phone systems, directing calls to the correct departments and accurately recording messages when needed
  • Keep visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and inform team members of guest arrivals
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, coordinating conference rooms, and managing office supply inventory
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and packages, ensuring prompt distribution
  • Maintain the reception area’s appearance, ensuring it remains tidy and professional at all times
  • Encourage positive interactions with clients, partners, and vendors, upholding the company's reputation for excellence

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate receptionist or similar customer-facing role
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
