Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with all guest-related services.
- Manage reservation requests; check guests in and out; oversee guest accounting and cashier duties.
- Handle reservations, including making, changing, and monitoring; review and report rate availability using the front desk computer system; update and track room status; promote future sales.
- Ensure confidentiality of guest information and relevant hotel data.
- Communicate effectively with the General Manager and other Front Desk Representatives regarding guest issues and room concerns.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to relay information about checkouts, stay-overs, and rooms needing maintenance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma preferred or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role.
- Basic office skills required (math, cash handling, computer proficiency).
- Basic English communication skills (verbal and written) are necessary.
