Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and assist with all guest-related services.
  • Manage reservation requests; check guests in and out; oversee guest accounting and cashier duties.
  • Handle reservations, including making, changing, and monitoring; review and report rate availability using the front desk computer system; update and track room status; promote future sales.
  • Ensure confidentiality of guest information and relevant hotel data.
  • Communicate effectively with the General Manager and other Front Desk Representatives regarding guest issues and room concerns.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to relay information about checkouts, stay-overs, and rooms needing maintenance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role.
  • Basic office skills required (math, cash handling, computer proficiency).
  • Basic English communication skills (verbal and written) are necessary.
