About the Role

We are seeking a skilled TPA Sales Executive to join our team at Cottingham & Butler. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the employee benefits market.

With a strong background in sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets, you will have the ability to build relationships with senior-level executives and successfully negotiate complex deals.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years' experience in quota-carrying sales roles, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. In addition to excellent communication skills, you will also have a working knowledge of CRM systems and be able to leverage your expertise in the sales and administration of self-funded, ERISA-based health plans.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
