Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key customers, and developing strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and improve market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and customer experiences.
  • Lead daily meetings with staff to review progress, discuss challenges, and set goals.
Qualifications
  • Prior sales leadership experience in the motorcycle industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and inform business decisions.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Harley-Davidson brand and its products.
