Job Summary

The University of Oklahoma is seeking a highly skilled Trainer and Learning Experience Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering training programs for individuals and organizations serving children, youth, and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop engaging training programs, workshops, and online learning experiences to support state and national initiatives.
  • Provide technical assistance and consultation to support the development of best practices and capacity-building initiatives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop relevant content.
  • Plan and coordinate projects, meetings, and events to support training initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legislative changes to inform training programs.
  • Utilize data to guide work-related decisions and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Relations, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • 24 months of training-related experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
