Position Overview:

We are seeking a Training Specialist to create, implement, and assess educational programs that align with our mission to support state and national initiatives. Your role will also encompass providing expert guidance and consultation to organizations aiming to elevate their service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions for professionals in the youth services field
  • Design and facilitate workshops and online educational modules
  • Offer capacity-building consultations
  • Organize and oversee projects and events
  • Engage in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop resources to enhance service delivery
  • Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in child, youth, and family services
  • Leverage data to guide decision-making processes
  • Participate in meetings and prepare reports
  • Uphold the mission and values of our organization

Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, human services, or a related discipline is essential.

A minimum of 24-36 months of relevant experience is required.
