Location: Torrance, CA /Hybrid/Flexible

Reports to: Vice President


Overview


The Senior Account Executive plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth for MST Insurance Solutions, Inc. This position requires a strong understanding of property and casualty insurance products and services, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute client insurance program strategies to meet their unique needs and goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on insurance products and services, including risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
  • Manage day-to-day account transactions, including entity acquisitions, property acquisitions, exposure changes, contract reviews, and coverage analysis.
  • Assist the Vice President in overall client service delivery and provide support for special projects and initiatives.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of property and casualty insurance experience, preferably in a senior account executive or account manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services, including risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Agency Management Systems, preferably AMS360.
