Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our insurance division, you will be responsible for managing commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring accurate policy updates and account information.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, producers, and carrier underwriters to address policy and coverage-related questions and information.
  • Marketing and Quoting: Responsible for the marketing and quoting process for new business and account renewals, identifying and compiling information regarding account renewals.
  • Technical Knowledge: Possess strong technical knowledge of commercial lines coverage and rating, with experience working with various carriers and their underwriters.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in utilizing online rating software and various insurance carrier online systems, with experience in applied TAM, EPIC, or AMS360 software.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and communication with agency clients and carrier representatives.
Requirements
  • License: Possess a Property & Casualty Insurance license.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an independent agency or retail broker environment.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of commercial lines coverage and rating, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
