Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage commercial insurance accounts, including policy updates and account information.
  • Communicate with clients, producers, and carrier underwriters to resolve policy and coverage-related questions and issues.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new business and retain existing clients.
  • Identify and compile information regarding account renewals, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients and carriers.
  • Collaborate with agency clients and carrier representatives to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Property & Casualty Insurance license required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in independent agency or retail broker settings.
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial lines coverage and rating.
  • Experience working with various carriers and their underwriters.
  • Proficiency in online rating software and insurance carrier systems.
  • Applied TAM, EPIC, or AMS360 software experience.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
