Executive Director Opportunity

Oakmont Senior Living is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our residential care facility in California. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall management and direction of our community, ensuring exceptional quality of care and services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality care
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve budgeted occupancy and maintain budgetary compliance
  • Represent the property and Oakmont Senior Living professionally to the community and regulatory agencies
  • Create a supportive and enjoyable lifestyle for residents, promoting their independence and well-being
Requirements:
  • Completion of two years of college and at least three years of experience in residential care for the elderly
  • Valid California Residential Care Facility for the Elderly Certification or Licensed Nursing Home Executive Director
  • Prefer five years of experience supervising and managing employees
  • Ability to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs
  • Knowledge of assisted living and dementia care principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
