At Norton Creative, we're seeking a seasoned professional to drive long-term relationships with our client partners. As an Account Manager, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders to ensure their objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive client growth and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Manage agency resources, coordinate timelines, and budgets to ensure program success
  • Identify opportunities to further develop the business and partner with sales to execute
  • Foster collaboration, motivate, and inspire teams to achieve excellence in their work
  • Analyze industry data and report on client business and competition
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to ensure their objectives are being met

Requirements:

  • 3-7+ years of relevant client-facing experience
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients at one time, recognize priorities, and be solution-oriented
  • Detail-oriented and proactive communicator
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; able to drive decisions and ensure progress in the face of obstacles
  • Proactively seeks opportunities to increase knowledge and skills
  • Experience in the food service industry a plus
  • Experience working with a creative team
  • Experience leveraging insights to build and manage social media/digital marketing communications campaigns
