Position Summary:
The Healthcare Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in sustaining and expanding business partnerships. This position focuses on cultivating new referral relationships within a designated geographic area, with an emphasis on direct, face-to-face interactions.

The individual in this role will represent the organization at community events, fostering and solidifying referral connections on behalf of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and build relationships with community organizations, healthcare professionals, physicians, and clinics.
  • Create and distribute marketing materials to both existing and prospective referral sources.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives, including participation in community events and trade shows.
  • Develop and implement strategies for current and potential business accounts.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all contacts in Salesforce, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Provide education and communication to the organization regarding new and existing business relationships.
  • Act as a resource for processing inquiries related to forms, procedures, and workflows.
  • Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to business relationships.
  • Adhere to company standards of conduct and healthcare compliance.
  • Report incidents promptly and follow established policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Enthusiastic and adaptable personality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other electronic platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to track daily interactions effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of six months of experience in marketing, advertising, or sales.
  • Valid Driver's License.
Additional Requirements:
  • Availability to work early and late shifts, including occasional weekends.
  • Professional business attire is required.
  • Current driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
