Customer Relationship Manager

At Greenway Mazda, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing all customer relationships to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships to drive sales and customer loyalty
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a customer relationship management or customer service role
- Knowledge of automotive systems like eLeads
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
