Job Summary

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to prospect for and close new business relationships, retain and expand relationships with existing clients, and execute loan production and expansion of revenue-generating products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively prospect new customers and penetrate existing client relationships
  • Assume overall responsibility for conducting due diligence, assessing risks, and structuring credit facilities
  • Manage client portfolio risk and monitor portfolio stability
  • Develop and present effective credit proposals and work with senior leadership and credit to negotiate quality loans
  • Prepare credit proposals, conduct regular credit reviews, and monitor credit quality
  • Partner with other business units to cross-sell a full range of products and services
  • Participate in community and business functions to establish a positive image for the bank and referral contacts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent field
  • 10+ years of relationship management and sales experience in the banking field
  • Demonstrated experience and success in meeting sales goals, managing client relationships, and credit, credit support, and financial analysis
  • High level of client-centricity with dedication to delivering exceptional quality services
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $65,000.00/Yr. - USD $110,000.00/Yr., with exact offers determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
