Job Title: Commercial Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Relationship Manager to join our team at Trustmark. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, providing proactive relationship management and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on commercial lending and credit products, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions for their business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including loan officers, credit analysts, and other business partners, to ensure seamless delivery of commercial banking services.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of commercial lending or credit experience, with a proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
